This wine starts out with a really nice aroma of ripe dark berries, lavender, baking spice and a little smoke. Tasting this smooth and fairly fruit forward wine reveals black cherry and other mixed berries with a nice underlying layer of spice and a little black pepper. Words don't really do this wine justice but delicious is the best single word to describe it. It ends with just the right amount of spice on the fruity, medium-long finish.
